Mr. Puckett is the co-owner and co-CEO of Punch Neapolitan Pizza, a 12 unit chain in the twin cities. Prior to Punch, he cofounded and grew Caribou Coffee into a significant coffee retail brand. In the podcast, John discusses the numerous obstacles he faced resulting in his unique perspective towards crises and his leadership style.
